NOKO is a point-of-sale and business management platform developed by Type II Logic for merchants and small retailers in Ghana.
NOKO helps merchants manage products, inventory, sales, receipts, reporting, and supported electronic payment workflows from a mobile application designed to remain useful even when internet connectivity is unreliable.
NOKO is designed around an offline-first commerce model. Core merchant records such as products, inventory movements, completed sales, and receipts can remain available locally on the merchant's device. Online services are used only where connectivity is required, including account services, subscription billing, synchronization when enabled, and supported electronic payment operations.
NOKO does not operate as a bank, electronic money issuer, or deposit-taking institution. NOKO does not hold customer or merchant funds. Electronic payments are processed by supported licensed payment providers, and settlement is handled by those providers according to their own terms and regulatory obligations.
